1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Kushi Cabs application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, do not use the application.

2. User Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a valid resident of India
• Must possess a valid government-issued ID
• Must comply with all local, state, and national laws
• Drivers must have valid driving licenses
• Vendors must be registered business entities

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your OTP and credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• One account per person (duplicate accounts will be terminated)

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the application lawfully and ethically
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Comply with all traffic and safety laws
• Maintain vehicle and document compliance
• Report unsafe behavior or conditions
• Accept trips in good faith

5. Payment Terms

• All payments processed through Razorpay
• Fares calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type
• Commission structure set by super admin
• No cash payments for record transparency
• Wallet system for balance management
• Refunds processed per Refund Policy

Kushi Cabs reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts for policy violations
• Terminate accounts for repeated violations
• Block users for safety concerns
• Delete accounts per user request
• Withhold earnings during investigation
• Permanent ban from platform if necessary

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration
• Governed by: Laws of India
• All disputes must be filed within 1 year
