Before You Delete - Important Considerations

- Complete or cancel pending trips
- Resolve active disputes with drivers/vendors
- File any pending claims or requests
- Withdraw wallet balance (will be forfeited if deleted)
2. Download Important Information:
- Take screenshots of trip history
- Download earnings reports (if driver/vendor)
- Save important receipts
- Document tax-relevant transactions
3. Inform Relevant Parties:
- Notify regular vendors/drivers (if applicable)
- Cancel subscriptions (if any)
- Update emergency contacts
- Inform employer (if commercial use)

How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Through the Mobile App (Recommended)
Launch the application on your device
Access your account settings
Find the account deletion option at the bottom of settings
Review the warning about permanent deletion
Confirm your intent by typing the word DELETE
Click the final confirmation button
Verify your identity with your account password
Enter the one-time password sent to your phone
Your account will be deleted immediately from the system
Check your email for deletion reference number

If unable to delete through the app:

- Full name
- Phone number
- User ID (from app profile)

- Click link to confirm deletion

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You cannot recover any data after deletion. Please ensure you have backed up important information before proceeding.
Q: What happens to my wallet balance?
Your wallet balance will be forfeited upon account deletion. Please withdraw all funds before deletion. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime before deleting your account.
Q: Will my phone number be blocked?
Your phone number cannot be reused for 90 days after deletion. You can register a new account with a different number immediately.
Q: What about my ratings and reviews?
All ratings and reviews will be permanently deleted. This applies to both ratings you received and ratings you gave to others.
Q: Can I delete my account if I have pending trips?
You must complete or cancel all pending trips before deletion. If you're unable to do so, contact support@kushicabs.com for assistance. Support can help complete pending trips.
Q: How long does the deletion process take?
Deletion is immediate (visible within minutes), but complete data purge takes up to 30 days. You will receive email confirmation once data purge is complete.
Q: Is my deletion private and confidential?
Yes. Your account deletion is completely confidential. We will not disclose your deletion to any third parties or other users.
Q: What about my trip history and transaction records?
Trip history and personal data are deleted immediately. However, transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes as per RBI guidelines.
Q: Will my email and phone number be available for new accounts?
Email: Available after 30 days of deletion
Phone number: Available after 90 days of deletion
You can use different email/phone immediately for a new account.
Q: Can I get a data export before deletion?
Yes. You can request a data export before deletion. Use the "Data Export" option in app settings or contact kushicabs77@gmail.com. Data will be provided within 7 business days.
